Drive in

I'm a little behind on my pictures, but a few weeks ago, we took Colin to the drive in so he could see Cars 2. It was the first feature, but do to the nice long days, it didn't start until much later than we anticipated, but Colin was a trooper and made it through the whole movie (unlike his mother). All in all, it was a pretty successful trip, so I think we will take him again sometime.

A happy end to a great vacation!

Sesame lunch

The highlight of our trip for Colin, I think, was our lunch with Elmo and Friends. Colin barely touched any of his food, as he was so excited to meet his "friends". Cookie, Abby, and the Count made their way around to visit and Big Bird and Elmo set up visiting stations for the kids to go up and meet them. After lunch, there was a dance party. The first picture of Colin is a little blurry, but I think captures his enthusiasm. Colin loves to dance and jumped right into the fray to get down with the characters!

Sesame Place Day Two

We only spent about 4 hours at Sesame Place on Wednesday and had reservations for a character lunch on Thursday, so we went back for a few more hours before heading home Thursday afternoon. We stuck with the "dry rides" before lunch and Colin had lots of fun, especially in the Big Bird playground area.
